A bright airy space which houses the permanent exhibition. It is a large room where it is possible to add seats for workgroups and conferences. Up to 60 people can easily fit in it.
Equipped for cooking, carrying out demonstrations and cookery classes.
Attached to the main hall, in which expository items are located. The room is suitable for work meetings and conferences and it easily holds up to 40 people.
